BACK-END DEVELOPER(S)

We are looking for an experienced back-end developer(s) to join our team in Helsinki, Finland.

As a talented backend developer at GameRefinery, you will be part of an innovative, dynamic and highly motivated start-up team. RESPONSIBILITIES, DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Develop data-driven microservice platform with JavaEE
  • Develop using OpenShift PaaS platform with Wildfly application server
  • Develop and design REST endpoints
  • Develop and maintain MongoDB database structure
  • Understand DevOps focus and build continuous development towards our development
  • 2+ years of experience developing JavaEE applications
  • Development experience using object oriented techniques
  • Understanding of multi-tied architectures including client-side vs. server-side
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is a plus
  • Experience using Amazon Web Services as part of the application (S3, EC2)

Sales Director

GameRefinery is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team to run and boost the Global Sales Operations.

In your daily work you will be in charge of the Sales Operations and deliverables based on the mutually agreed targets. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the GameRefinery Management Team.

The product is GameRefinery SaaS platform, which provides a full suite that allows mobile game developers, publishers and investors to assess and optimize their mobile games feature set to improve commercial success from the concept phase through live operations. Our patented technology is unique and powerful, hence offering our clients a strong and needed solution in today’s highly competitive market place.

Preferred location North-America or Western Europe

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience from B2B software and service sales, preferably SaaS
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours with our customers in North America, Europe, and Asia
  • Previous work within the mobile games industry in a business or producer role
  • An existing network of mobile game company relationships and contacts a strong plus
  • Result driven and dynamic personality, who gets their fuel from customer interaction and sales
  • Ability to discuss, influence and work with the C-Level people in the customer companies
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or equivalent programs (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Previous experience with contract negotiations a plus
  • 4+ years college degree in business, communications, economics, or mathematics

Duties:

  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan for expanding GameRefinery’s customer base
  • Manage the entire sales process for your accounts from initial contact, to contract signing
  • Network, communicate, and create leads to build GameRefinery SaaS subscriptions
  • Give live presentations to potential or existing clients, as well as large group public presentations
  • Maintain GameRefinery’s SalesForce to create lead generation reports, status updates, and monthly recaps
  • Train new and existing customers to increase engagement and usage of GameRefinery’s SaaS tool
  • Provide the core executive team with insights and recommendations to improve GameRefinery’s SaaS tool based on customer feedback or your own recommendations
  • Be the primary point of contact for the North American customers
